Our first product, MASYLsoft Site Manager, brings project management directly to Android phones and tablets. It helps users organize construction projects, tasks, photos, materials, documents, schedules and project information in one place.

MASYLsoft Site Manager is designed to work without complicated IT infrastructure or a dedicated company server. Project information is available directly on the user's Android device, making the application useful both in the office and on the construction site.
We want our software to help users spend less time organizing information and more time completing their projects.

Privacy Policy – MASYLsoft Site Manager

MASYLsoft respects the privacy of users of the MASYLsoft Site Manager application.
MASYLsoft Site Manager is designed primarily as an offline application. The current version does not require a MASYLsoft account and does not automatically transmit construction project data to MASYLsoft servers.
Project information entered or imported by the user may include project names and addresses, customer information, dates, tasks, notes, materials, photographs, documents, schedules and other construction-related information. This information is processed and stored locally on the user's Android device.
The application may access the device camera when the user chooses to take photographs. Users may also select and import photographs, PDF documents and other supported files from their device.
MASYLsoft Site Manager allows users to create PDF reports and export project information. Users may voluntarily share exported files using Android sharing functions and third-party applications installed on their device. Data is shared only when the user initiates such an action.
Map functionality may be used to open or display project locations. The current version of MASYLsoft Site Manager does not automatically share the user's precise real-time location with MASYLsoft or other users.
MASYLsoft does not sell personal information or construction project information stored in MASYLsoft Site Manager.
Locally stored information remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed through application functions, or removed by clearing application data or uninstalling the application. Files that users have previously exported or shared must be managed separately in their respective storage locations or third-party applications.
MASYLsoft takes reasonable measures in the design of the application to protect locally processed information. Users are responsible for protecting access to their Android device, exported files and backups.
Some functions may use standard Android or third-party services selected by the user, including printing, file selection, maps and sharing applications. When users choose to use an external service, the privacy policy of that service may also apply.
MASYLsoft Site Manager is a professional construction-management application and is not designed for children.
